ABOUT ME
I am a 32 year old photographer originally from a small village in East Lancashire but now based in Selby, North Yorkshire.
Photography was always an interest of mine while growing growing up. At the age of 19 I acquired my first DSLR camera, this interest soon developed into a passion for photography.
During my time at university I worked for several alternative nightclubs as a nightclub photographer, these included The Session, FUEL, The Garage, Southern Fried and Brighton Beach, this allowed me to combine photography and my other passion for music.
This love of music has led me into the gig photography field of photography and a after a number of years photographing the local music festival Bands On The Square I had enough experience to acquire my first press accreditation to photography the band Therapy? back in 2016. Since then I have worked for a number of online publications and photographed many of his favourite bands bands including Nickelback, Good Charlotte, Theory of a Deadman and Skillet.
While mainly concentrating on gig photography I still find time to experiment in other types of photography and has recently built up a portfolio of travel photography in Canada, Poland and Spain.
